Any order placed at Chinese Seal Carving may be shipped for only $8.75 both in the USA and to international customers, regardless of order size. Shipping is available to all of these countries. However, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse any order for any reason, most notably those we believe to be fraudulent.

USPS Priority Mail Service or EMS Express
USPS Priority Mail Service is available in the USA, while international customers can take advantage of EMS Express shipping. Express shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated during checkout. All express shipments may be tracked online. After placing your order you will receive an email containing the tracking number and Website address where you may track your shipment.

Return Policy
Chinese Seal Carving offers a full 30 day money-back guarantee on items purchased from this site (excluding custom orders like carved seals). After we receive the returned item we will either provide a replacement or a full refund according to the policy outlined below.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged item, wrong item, etc), in which case we will refund the shipping charges or pay return shipping costs and also the cost of mailing a replacement item.
After receiving your returned item in its original condition we will ship a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will issue a prompt refund (normally within seven days). Often times you will receive your refund much sooner, and we will do our best to issue your refund or ship a replacement promptly. You will receive email notification once your refund is issued, or your replacement item is shipped.
Returning an Item is Very Easy
If you need to return an item, you must Contact Us before returning the item/items. Upon request we will email you a printable invoice, which will include the required Order Return Number.
PLEASE NOTE: You must Contact Us before returning an item or this return policy will be considered null and void. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice we will send you, which will contain the required order return number. Returns sent to us without the invoice containing the required order return number will require you to pay a shipping fee equal to the actual shipping rate for returning your order and may at our sole discretion be subject to a processing fee of $10.
